"Great stay! Everything was perfect…except the gym was no good. Need a better gym to keep myself fit for a long stay on this business trip."

"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."

"I came with my young kids and elderly parents. This hotel has such a rich history, it was an amazing experience. Yes it is not the fancy modern style hotel, but it is incredibly well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the lobby very grandeur with wonderful live piano/violin concert every night (yes, every night). The buffet breakfast/lunch was wonderful. The view outside is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."
