Second time I i have stayed here in a year. Property was clean outside and the room was also clean. It felt clean in the room as well. Little bit of an older room but wasn’t run down. Front desk checking was great customer experience and they were courteous as well.

The room was poorly designed and woodwork was dirty. Our door was coming loose from the top hinge so it was very difficult to open and close. The heat/air was extremely loud. Checkin was not very professionally staffed. All around a bad experience.

We've stayed at this property before and had no problems. This stay was interrupted by barking dogs all might long and loud talking guests outside our room very late at night and very early in the morning. We probably won't be staying there again.

I was disappointed with the door I had to push with my shoulder to open and lift to get it to shut. The lock you're supposed to be closed over the door was so loose on there. It wouldn't have stopped anybody from trying to come in. A big tear in the carpet.

There was urine in our toilet that said, sanitized on it. There was blood on the couch in the living area. There was hair in the shower. There was a complete and total. I don’t know what on the door to the bathroom the glass was not clean it has spit running down it. The blanket was ripped and they won’t discount switch me rooms or give me a free night at all. I am very disappointed. I am disgusted and I will never be back here again.

What I like it’s close to my favorite restaurants and the outlets but the hotel its bad; stinky, dirty, doors bad, wen people close the door it’s to noisy; in ye recepción they don’t let me know the time for breakfast or any information and we miss the breakfast

The location was convenient. Close to freeway and lots of food and shopping options. Very disappointed in cleanliness. Shower was dirty, had hair on shower walls and bottom of tub. The little shelf that holds the extra roll of toilet paper was very dirty. Bathroom door hinges, rusted badly. Back of bathroom door needs a good cleaning. Also the bathtub and floor were extremely slick! Very dangerous. Around the outside of the hotel on your grounds was a lot of trash, consisting of a lot of empty alcohol fireball containers. We also asked for a late checkout at 11:30 but our key cards locked us out at 11:00 while we were trying to get our things to the car and wrap things up. Overall stay was just ok. If coming to Woodburn again will choose somewhere else to stay.

Be cautious if booking through Expedia. The number of beds for the number of occupants was incorrect and one of the people we were traveling with had to sleep on the floor. Expedia also said there was a pool that is currently usable. Nope, covered with a tarp.

Okay for the price
The room was a great size, pretty clean, but definitely needs carpet changed or something. The walls ar every thin because its an old building. Also, the room is right next to the lobby and front desk, so you hear EVERYONE. There should also be maybe some blinds of some kind to cover the skylights above the beds. It got awfully bright too early. Great location, good size room, and had a good useful kitchen.

Nice stay
Room was clean and in nice condition. Staff was friendly. Hubby states the elevator shaft needs cleaning. Hot breakfast was pretty good, eggs were so-so but waffles were wonderful.
