The list goes on and on..this was my third time staying here and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had and will not be returning. I’ll begin with the suage smell coming from our room that was absolutely disgusting. Staff moved us next door and was dismissive of the complaint, no apology or offered discount or upgraded room when hotel was empty. We were threatened by another staff who was aggressive and threatening because we did not have a floor lamp in our “new room” and because I worked part of our trip, it was needed. She accused us of stealing and smoking, neither of which we took part it. This is the same staff who I waited for for 15 minutes to check in who reaked of cigarettes. The shake smell continued in our new room, washing machine was broken, creepy maintenance men being inappropriate with younger cleaning staff and was an uncomfortable awkward moments that I observed. The parking is ridiculous and hit my car trying to park between these concrete blocks. Police were patrolling the beach area and unsettling amount, super loud outside with a bunch of shannagans outside. Landscapers used a blower every am at 8am right outside of our patio. I will be reaching out to hotel when I return home,
