Super comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I was given the last room at the end of the hall so I could constantly hear the slamming of the side entrance door as guest came & went all night & morning long.

Bathroom mirror was dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. There was also no fan I could find for the bathroom. You could tell some things around the property were old such as the elevator but besides that it was great!

no foods or beverages offeref unless you are willing to pay $3 for a bottle of water or $3-5 for chips or snacksthe free breakfast wasn't more than barely edible (one bite of egg, sausage and biscuits &gravy the rest thrown out because of blandness of food! went yo waffle house instead!

Thank you for staying at La Quinta Inn. I have checked the prices: water is 2, chips and snacks are 2 which has been same for past several years. For our free complementary breakfast, we serve egg patties, sausage links, waffles, 3 type of cereals, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, bread and toast, muffins, pastries, bagels, fresh fruits etc which is above and beyond Wyndham breakfast standards. I am sorry to not meet your breakfast needs but I am hoping you give us another chance on your future travels. Thank you and have a blessed day.

When we checked into the room and did an inspection, we noticed it was not properly cleaned hair strain on sheet, hair strain in various sections of the bathroom. The chair was dirty like crumbs or something. No management on duty the entire weekend.

Property is ok, breakfast is ok, staff is helpful but.. Problems; Wall paper coming off wall, no toilet seat, cracked sink, coffee pot but no cups, and locked in elevator for 15 minutes as it malfunctioned! All small things except elevator ! Attention to detail would go a long way!!

My wife slipped and fell in the shower and the front desk clerk wouldn’t even call 911, I had to call them for myself to get my wife help. I’m really disappointed about my stay and the injury my wife sustained!!!!!!!

Awesome place to stay!
It was a great stay. Nice clean room and checking in/out was a breeze! The young lady at the counter was very awesome to talk too! Nice place to stay and goo breakfast too!!

Ugh
Well, let’s just say it was convenient but not as comfortable as we would have liked. Poor pillows, noisiness and an over charge were the reason for the low rating.

Booked on hotels.com but hotel would Not honor the price that I booked it for and charged me 100 dollars more. Pet fee was something like 50 dollars also. Room had overpowering smell of Fabuloso. Bed was comfortable. AC loud when it would kick on.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, however, if you want to shower during non-peak times when few people are using it, you can turn the water on for an hour and it still won’t be hot. The auto circulation is broken so it has to go through the whole hotel; and, the parking lot lights are positioned to shine directly into the windows like the hand of God on your face. Whomever installed them didn’t face the cans downward, but right at the building like a spotlight. Management is reluctant to fix…anything. Given the roach infested options in Lake Charles, this hotel was very clean.

This property is in dire need of new ownership/management. Checked in with no gaps. Television did not work the first night. Room changed the next day. My room was never serviced for five days, towels were thrown on the bathroom counter, with the trash receptacle left outside of the door in the hall and a spare key found on the bathroom counter. Sheetrock repairs were imaginable and not a pretty sight. A clump of sheetrock mud was applied on walls and painted without any sanding. Keycard would not work upon returning to the property daily. Having to go to the front desk each evening after a grueling day was very efficient use of my time. Elevator buttons had some type of red liquid on it.

We found a bed bug and brought it in a trash bag to show the gals at the front desk, along with photos we took of it on the bed . We then left immediately, even though it was around midnight. We asked for the manager to call us so we can get a refund. We tried calling him again, but still haven't heard from him.

Lobby amd room more overwhelming than perfume sho
When we arrived the lobby absolutely overwhelmed my lady( she highly allergic to perfumes and cleaning scents that are just way to much) well needless to say the room was the same way so the clerk had to find us a room that hadn't been sprayed so heavily, luckily she found one and moved us to it.
