I checked in and went to the room and there was a dirty sock and cigarette butts on the floor. The whole place smelled like a musty dirty basement. Pretty much everything in the place was broken or out of order. Someone should probably just burn the place down and start over. Very disappointed and will never go back there again.

You get what you pay for. The whole 2nd floor smelled like weed on arrival. The a/c was broken in the first room we were assigned. The toilet would barwly flush in the second. The "heated" pool was set to 78 when we got there, there was so much chlorine that our eyes burned just standing in the room, and half the light bulbs were burned out. That being said, it was a cheaper option hotel. The manager that was there on the first night was wonderful. The beds and room were pretty clean.

Had a king size suite. Room wreaked of a weed smell. Had dirty towels in the closet left over from another visitor. Couch was stained with what looked to be semen. Shower had a jacuzzi tub but panels were all busted along with air conditioner panels. Even seen a few roaches and water bugs. Definitely won’t be staying there ever again, and I’d advise nobody else to either. Priced entirely too high for no better condition than the hotel is in

It was way over priced for the condition of the room. It needs painting in the bathroom. The corners were dirty and needed a good cleaning. There was a hole in the closet door. The shower needs a new shower head with better pressure. The chair in the room was stained. The tv was like a 32 inch. Just not what I would expect for a $200 a night room.

Liked the convenient location. Wear and tear obvious on walls and doors. Only one trash can in room. Tv didn’t work but staff replaced it. Staff was accommodating. Stains in bathtub…scratches not dirty.

The first thing you’ll notice here is that everything in this hotel lobby looks dingy. Nothing really looks clean, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, ect. This place doesn’t look like it’s been maintained. Upon arriving, our key card to our room didn’t work. After returning back down to the lobby several times, we finally got in only to be told that the doors lock needed maintenance and we needed to move to a room next door. Both rooms were a little rough. Both bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Moldy, dirty, water damaged. Both bathroom doors didn’t close properly. We didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub/shower due to how filthy that bathroom was. The TVs also did not work which which was a bummer. The image was so blurry and distorted that it wasn’t even watchable. The windows and curtains also had mold on them. Again, they really don’t maintain this place well, or at least that’s the impression I had. The biggest issue we had with this place was a safety one. They DO NOT lock any of the doors at night. Usually, most hotels lock all doors at ten and the only way you can get into the building is with a key card. They leave them all unlocked all night so any random person who isn’t a guest there can come and go as they please. Needless to say, we didn’t feel safe there and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I highly recommended finding a different hotel or getting an AirBNB. I regret my stay and I’ll never go back.

This hotel is DISGUSTING. Do not stay here. Im literally sleeping in my truck instead of this disgusting room and this after they even moved me to a new room. Nasty. The tv are so fuzzy you cant see the picture, the bathrooms are nasty. Scum in the toilets, hair all over the bath tub. Nasty floors. Just stay away.

Comfortable but lacking
We arrived late in the evening. All was quiet, check-in was smooth, and room was clean. There's a uniques smell in the hallway. Not sure how to describe it. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The amenities were good quality Dove products. The food. The food was terrible. I am usually lenient when it comes to hotels. We travel a lot and see a lot. My sausage patty wasn't cooked all the way. And the microwave eggs were dried out and hard. Breakfast started at 6. We got there at 6:30 and they were out of eggs, sausage,and waffle mix. It has the potential to be great with a little tweaking.

Cockroach hotel
The staff was nice, but seemed like they did not want to be there. Walked into the room it seemed clean but there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. The wall light in the bathroom was about to fall as well. I did twll the staff about it as i was leaving. Also i left a pair of jeans hanging out and I brought home a cockroach with me. I mean i grew up in West Monroe so I know that sometimes the bugs can be bad, but still. I will jot be staying in this hotel again. It seems like it has not been taken very good care of by the owners.

The bathtub had hairs in it. Some towels were dirty. Overall the bathroom was dingy. The workout facilities were blocked off and closed. The ice and vending on the second floor only had a coke machine. The one on the third floor only had a folding chair and trash can. The AC doesn't cool off the whole room. The TV is not programmed to catch all channels. The pillows on the bed were made for children. Now that we have that we have that out of the way. The staff is very courteous. The area is full of shopping and restaurants. Parking lot is very well lit. If I had to re-plan this trip I would choose a different place.

Handicap room should not have a bathtub. It should be a walk-in shower with a seat. The rails in the tub was loose so not safe for a senior to use. The water would not get warm and I left it on for a while to try to get a warm shower.
