Would not recommend this hotel. Room was filthy! Huge rust spot in tub, mold on ceiling, dirty pillowcase, wallpaper was peeling, carpet had not been properly vacuumed! Definitely will not be staying here again!

Check in was fast, but got no info about the hotel. Did not mention check out or restaurant available (we did know when we booked). Pretty much gave the key and pointed out the elevators. The room was dated. Looked like blood stains on the bedding, rust spots on the door frame, ripped shower curtain, worn furniture. While the lobby areas looked perfect the room was disappointing. Just stayed at a Hilton garden Inn in Dallas and the difference was night and day.

So when you walk in the lobby it was extremely nice. But when you actually get to your floor the hallways were extremely dingy. Pretty sure we didn’t have fresh towels as they weren’t folded but just thrown back up on the shelf. In the hallway there was condensation forming on the vent. Very weird smell as well. The roads around the hotel are horrible. I will prob need to get an alignment after going down those roads. I was definitely disappointed in this place.

On our first night at the hotel our room was very warm and the air conditioner would not work. The next day I called and the very nice maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes. He had to replace a part & he completed it right away. This Hilton Garden Inn was great on there response & resolved the problem right away.

I liked that the area was quiet and around restaurants. I didn't like that the property didn't have complementary breakfast, elevator was broken, property was not updated and booked two rooms at same time thinking they would be next to each other or adjoining and it was neither

The hotel stay was good. The breakfast foods were all served at room temperature (at best - oatmeal was already sweetened and like warm, potatoes were “well done” and the canned fruit was just too risky to try. Yogurt was not cold - concerned if they would have passed health inspection for the breakfast.

The room was clean at first sight but when we were ready to get into bed the blankets were all dusty.. there was hair in tub and no body wash filled.. was literally empty..my family was continuously sneezing and i had 3 and 10 year old with me who couldnt sleep well which was the whole piont in getting the hotel for.

Our bathroom was disgusting. I have puctures to show all the chipped paint and rust. And the beds!! The sheets are not even tucked in. Just laying on the mattress. And of low quality. I was truly surprised. Expected much more from an establishment as well known as this one. I will not be back

Hey, it's the South!
The room was comforable, felt safe and secure, quiet and fairly clean hallways. The level of cleanliness in the room was not the best, that's what I look for in renting. Could pay attention to details, move things to clean and polish and make it smell nice, we rented a room with our dogs and there was a brown stain in the carpet and a smelly "something" under the rim if the bed. Eco friendly for sure, towels were few, thin but useful. Like the soap, shampoo dispensers!

We enjoyed our short stay here. Only complaints were the water in the bathroom was slightly discolored, and there was a very small stain on a pillow that resembled blood. Otherwise it was fine and good enough to just sleep in.

Handicap room not up to ADA standards. Door is too heavy for person in wheelchair to open. It was difficult to get wheelchair into bathroom due to needing a running start to get over threshold in and out of the bathroom. Shower wand cannot be easily reached by person sitting on bench in shower

Pillows were yellow, there was no soap in the bathroom. The whole room needed vacuumed. This was just a stopover for us for the night, so disappointing.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel in general was clean however it could use some updating. One elevator was out of order and the furniture in the lobby area needs to be replaced as it is very worn.

Old hotel in need of a lot of maintenance.
They booked us in a handicap room twice. The room had a broken thermostat, the bathroom was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling. Finally the third time they moved us to a regular room which was a little better but it smelled funny.
