"I went for a conference and for the most part the property was good. My only complaints was the in room fridge has an old meal from another guest . I didn't open that up again. It was pretty gross. Also, they made the beds and removed the dirty towels but didn't put many new towels back. The sheets on the bed for super thin also. Overall is was a good stay and the staff is friendly. It's convenient to things downtown and easy to get transportation. The complaint is the cleanliness."

"Great staff and facility and convenient to the Palace Theater and other downtown locations. However, the foundation for the bed is terrible! It juts out in such a way that you're constantly hitting your shins on the dark colored corners. We finally took two pillows and put them at the corners of the bed platform to cover the corners that jut out and that solved the problem. "
