Our room was not clean, sheets were haphazardly fitted to mattress, bed skirt was wrinkled and lopsided, couch cushion was stained and stuffing was coming out (zipper broken), bathroom sink wouldn’t drain (stopper was stuck) and food stains on walls and light switch. Very disappointed. Staff were friendly but maintenance took too long to address issues and it was their last room, so we had to book another hotel half hour away. Waiting for a refund from Expedia.

Everyone was super nice, the place was clean & easy access as I was graduating from Post! One receptionist in particular, was so friendly, talkative, which helped with my anxiety, & ensuring in all manners. We are from Florida, & packed essentials according to what we assumed was needed. The weather was quite cold, I had nothing but short sleeve shirts. The same receptionist loaned me a sweater until my departure ❤️ When I say above and beyond, she did that! She deserves a raise or promotion, as these are the people that bring folks like me back!

Nice clean hotel property located in downtown Waterbury where nice options are limited. Only parking option is paid garage parking but felt safe. Enjoyed popcorn and cider in lobby. Computers in lobby also helpful.

The staff was amazing. Only reason I didn’t give a five star is because I didn’t get the room that I originally booked. I wanted a king size bed but other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff were very attentive to guess and had a fantastic people personality Very helpfull and kind to say the least. Great service overall and would highly recommended this hotel. We'll be definitely going back. Mrs. Carlin Holness makes our stay an immaculate one and to top it off, her personality was very warm.

The staff at the front desk is extremely kind. We stayed 3 nights, and the cleaning staff came too early both days. I asked them to come later and they never came back. The room was never cleaned during our stay.

I love the fact once you go through the doors it’s very welcoming. Had a bar and restaurant downstairs in main lobby every had a lil store if you wanted some late night snacks. Will definitely book again!!!

The reception personnel had checked us into a double although a King was corrected. Found out later due to a phone call from the front desk that we were checked in under the wrong reservation and I had to go back down to reception to reenter a credit card for incidentials . The phone call had come at 11:30 pm, two and a half hours after I had fallen asleep. The belt (I assume) on the air conditioner fan was squealing every time the unit came on. We turned it off so that it would not wake us every 10 minutes or so.
