We loved this property and the location. Super close to the metro. Very clean. At checkout today the staff member on duty was super helpful and corrected a problem with our bill.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting famous landmarks, just a 6-minute walk from the White House. The bus stop across the street makes getting around easy, and many attractions are within walking distance, which was perfect for us, especially with the wonderful weather that weekend. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, offering bottled water upon our arrival and providing more upon request each day. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the delicious waffles. Our room was clean, and everything worked perfectly. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!

I didn't like that we arrived early and were told staff would call when a room was available, only they didn't. When we returned they said only one room in our requested category was available. That room was right on ground level with view of garbage cans. We had to keep blinds closed because of people getting in and out of cars there. Also I think you should tell people that housecleaning only comes every other day.

The recepcionist Tymesha was super friendly, helped me with everything I needed and made me feel super welcome at the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the location is nice. I will probably stay there again when I am back to Washington.
