"Our goal was to visit Ho Chi Minh only, but took this 3 hrs free shuttle bus trip due to request from our kids to enjoy the beach. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and a definite 5 star hotel. Everything from the cleanliness of the resort, the design, the decor, the size of the room/ bathroom, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. "Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite...
