Loved the tent, and the staff was competent. The best part…it’s very close to Zion park. The others I’d considered were over 60 miles away. This destination is definitely a better option due to proximity. And the accommodation is as pictured, safe and comfortable. I actually loved the wind’s buffeting the tent at night. And it gets light early enough to get you out of bed and off to the park.

Outdoor shared spaces were well planned, and facilities were nice and clean. Close to Zion and dining/shopping. S’mores at night were the kids favorite!

It felt like a camping experience, but very clean. They lit fires every night around the grounds for people to sit around and offered smores. Pool was nice and clean. There were picnic areas, etc. very nice overall

We booked this through Expedia where I searched for rooms for 2 adults and 1 child, however what we had booked (which I only discovered on arrival) was a king room. When I enquired about a bed for my son, I was just told that was the room I booked and they could bring a bed for him by 8pm. By 8:30pm this hadn’t arrived, now past his bed time. When I chased this up, I was told it could be with me by 10pm which was too late. When it did eventually turn up it was a cot for a baby and clearly not suitable for my 5 year old son. In my view this was down to the very young staff working there with little experience. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, the pool is great, the setting is wonderful, the room/tent was clean and well equipped and the handing out of s’more kits on arrival is a lovely touch which went down well with my son. The bed situation let us down but this is not their fault but they could have handled it better.

We loved our stay here! Awesome property! After a long day of hiking it was great to relax in the hot tub and then pop over to the fire pit for smores. It was perfect way to end the day. Grand mesa tents had excellent water pressure in the shower and the coziest beds.
