Awesome hotel
I enjoyed my stay very much. The location was fantastic and my room was great. It was larger than expected. The waiter I had at breakfast was very friendly and attentive. I wish I could remember his name. I will definitely stay there again

Incredible views!
Incredible views overlooking the Grande Canal and the Rialto Bridge. A little too architecturally rustic for our liking. Service was great. In the heart of Venice. Lots of dining options.

I loved everything about this hotel!! very convenient location close to everything with an amazing view. The staff was amazing as well! The manager was so nice and very helpful I would give it a 10/10

Good Points: Clean, close to water taxi, restaurants & tourists sites. Very safe area. Employees spoke English & all very nice. Good breakfast until 10am, Good internet. Not So Good Points: AC did not keep it very cool. TV & hair dryer did not work.

Beautiful View of Canal
We checked in late, around 11:30 pm due to our flight being delayed. We called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late, and they accommodated this by having someone stay late to check us in. This is an authentic, traditional Italian property. Very charming, with a fantastic view and location. We were very happy with our choice.

I have absolutely zero faults with this hotel and plan on returning in the future. All of the reception staff were extremely welcoming and spoke fantastic English. They couldn’t do enough for us; it made it feel like home. The breakfast buffet was constantly topped up and was as expected. The rooms were very clean and the shower was fantastic. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay we will never forget it.

Great location
Wonderful stay here, location was very easy to get to from the Valparetto and walking distance to things, and very much appreciated an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was well-stocked. The view from the dining area also was amazing.

Good quality hotel
The hotel is right on the Grand canal within a stones throw of the Rialto bridge. It is very clean and the staff are very helpfull. The breakfast has a good choice of both hot and cold food.

Hotel on the water
This hotel is in the middle of all shopping and very close to St Mark square. It in quite charming and a great place to stay. We stayed there on our last night in Venice, if we knew about this place in advance that's where we would stay for the nights we stayed in Venice. For a small boutique hotel the was everything for our comfort, the room was clean and nicely furnish. it also include a continental breakfast. Most of all it was on the water. You will need to take a water taxi to get there or walk about 15 minutes from the train station or 20 minutes from the bus.

Great location , nice hotel
We stayed for 3 nights after the cruise, it's lovely, quite hotel with 12 rooms, check in was quick and easy ,staff friendly and helpful, the lounge area door open to view the grand canal below, breakfast was good with cereals, pastry, juice , cappuccino and eggs available. Hotel location easy 5 mins walk to Rialto bridge and 10-15mins to San Marco square,overall we enjoyed our stay, would come back again.

No Hot Water
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Two of the days we had no hot water. The first day we didn't have it and the hotel said they were getting it looked after. The second day was fine but then on our third day back to no hot water. Not a nice experience when one is out sightseeing all day and can't come home to clean up. To top it off, it was quite cool during our stay and there was no heating as well.

This hotel was okay. The concierge was disappointing in not being able to make recommendations on sights to see or recommendations on restaurants. Language bearer was a problem - didn't understand English well.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. The location was ideal & quiet with a great view of the Grand Canal. The woman who greeted us upon check-in was very sweet and helpful. Our room was very clean, and breakfast was great! We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Venice.
