Clean but quite small room.Great choice of continental breakfast options.Good location-walkable to Rialto and St Marks square. Difficult access to room up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator but has chair lift which can be used to bring up luggage. However after 2 pm the hotel staff are not on premises so no instructions how to use chairlift! Also beware if coming from St. Lucia rail station you need to cross multiple bridges with steps which is near impossible with heavy luggage so best to catch water taxi, around 60 Euros!

Apartment stay with family
There was a problem at the hotel so we were contacted a couple of days before and advised that we could be accommodated in the apartment instead. This was slightly less convenient for us as it is as further from the train station and therefore more difficult to get luggage there and away. Nevertheless, it was a lovely apartment and we could walk over so we could have breakfast each day at the hotel. Staff at the hotel lovely. Apartment was lovely.

Decent stay
The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but nothing special. If you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult to get to your room.

The hotel was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Located 5 minutes from Rialto bridge, a nice and easy walk to the popular sites and good restaurants. My only critique is that there are no screens on the windows and there are some mosquitoes in the area, so close your windows at night. I would stay here again.

Located within easy reach of tourist sites and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find walking from Sam Stae ferry terminal. The hotel was located in a small square with a bar and some small shops. We upgraded our room and stayed in Class which is the red room. It was clean but not deluxe by any shape or form. Due to industrial action we lost 2 nights of our stay. We asked about a refund for the unused nights but nothing was forthcoming. Not even willing to negotiate on the upgrade charge. Venice and hotel were ok but wouldn’t return

Lovely and charming boutique hotel
My wife and I only stayed the one night here but it was a lovely, charming and comfortable stay at the hotel which was situated in an ideal place near the ponte di rialto, santa maria church etc. Fabulous host who checked us in early(i'm so sorry but i couldn't remember your name!), air conditioned room, fridge, mini bar, tea & coffee facilities, great breakfast (in a fantastic looking dining room)with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend to others and we'll look forward to coming back soon for a longer stay. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful little boutique hotel, quiet area, beautiful views. Staff were welcoming with a glass of bubbly on arrival and helpful throughout the whole stay! Room was really clean! Breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay again

great little find
Booked this hotel for an anniversary, Great place to stay good location and the neighbourhood is quiet but not to quiet. we arrived and were greeted with glasses of prosecco. The room was clean and tidy ands beds made fresh every day along with towels, rated a little less due to damp on the wall, but hey ho this is Venice its full af water. location is central enough to walk every where. Breakfast is traditional buffet style and is a fab spread spoilt for choice.

Great little find!
A wonderful hotel in every way - we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this romantic place. Great central location and room (one of the superior ones with jacuzzi bath) with view, lovely staff, nice breakfast, good value for money. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice!

You cannot check out early, breakfast starts at 8am, they close the outside doors, I was given instructions on how to open the locks and where to leave the key, but it sounded very cumbersome, there was nobody in the lobby from 9pm to 8am. Room was smelly, telephone kept ringing in the lobby for lengthy periods throughout the night. Was not very pleasant experience in spite of friendliness of the staff.

Lovely public areas but the room was dark with a view of a wall and nothing else. Air conditioner turned itself off in the night and not very effective anyway. Good location.

Hotel staff lied to us on two occasions. When we booked, it said free wifi. The girl that took us to our room said there wasn't wifi. When I insisted, she admitted that they just didn't know the password, and they never provided it for us. Also, there was supposed to be free breakfast. The suites are off site. They girl that checked us in gave us two cafes that we could go to where they would bill it to the hotel. Well, when we tried to go, the cafes had no idea what we were talking about. So, we ended up paying for our own breakfast. Room was spacious. It wasn't anything like the pictures.

Great hotel for the price in good location
The staff were very helpful even before arrival and arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the hotel (€80 but a great way to enter and very easy). The hotel is about 5 mins from the Rialto bridge so easy to get into the centre with quiet surroundings. Fantastic breakfast (bread/cheeses/croissants/cereals)! Room was spacious and clean with fresh towels daily. For the price it's great value for money.

Our stay was pleasant, but the room on the hotel's website isn't what we received. Instead we we're squished into a room that barely fit our bed, yet had a giant bathroom that took up half the space. The staff were friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was great. Lastly, the wifi and AC were unreliable and inconvenient. If you're looking for a room for a night or two this would be fine, anything longer and I would look elsewhere.

Decent hotel for a fair price
The hotel is modest but clean. Location is a bit hard to find. Make sure you get down at the Realto market stop and not the Realto stop. If you get down at the Realto stop then cross bridge to other side. The hotel is across from a church about three blocks from the fish market. It is a bit hard to find but not too bad during the day. Vaporetto stops are about five mins away. There is a cafe next door. The room was very small and a bit dated. The air conditioner was old and not the best. We stayed in the love room. Receptionists were very helpful. Full marks to them. Breakfast was ok and like most budget hotels. We spent very little time in the hotel because Venice has so much to see. Overall a satisfactory experience in a budget hotel.

Great hotel, bad directions
First let me say that once we found the hotel (almost 4hrs searching), we absolutely loved it. The directions on hotels.com were completely wrong & caused us to search for hours in the wrong area. We even asked a few locals & each time they looked at the print out from hotels.com they kept saying we were in the right place. I encourage future guests to bypass hotels.com for directions & go directly to the hotel website, as that is where we were able to find correct directions & located it within minutes.

Good location to see Venice overall
A very good place to be based. About 5 minute stroll (once you know where your going) to the Rialto Bridge and about 20 from St Marks area. Lots of good trattorias around of varying prices so able to suit all budgets. I used an app to find the hotel after traveling from the airport and still had to ask directions as it does not have an obvious frontage. Staff are friendly and were helpful to us, one or two small issues with our room but overall a very good place to stay in our experience. Easy to get to from the river stop just prior to the Rialto but not a City to visit for a group of men

Good Option in Venice!
For starters, this hotel was extremely difficult to find. It is our understanding though that getting lost in Venice is pretty typical so we highly recommend carefully discerning the hotel’s location well before your actual arrival. Once we found it though, we thought the location to be very convenient for touring Venice. Given that all hotels in Venice are more on the expensive side, we were quite pleased with our arrangement despite the cost. The room was comfy and had impressively high ceilings. The decorations were a tad kitschy, but it accompanied the theatrical vibe of Venice well. Additionally, the wifi worked well for us. The only thing this hotel needs to work on is the cleanliness of the rooms. It was obvious that our room was cleaned too hastily as many surfaces were not thoroughly wiped, if at all. Nevertheless, the hotel was perfectly livable and the dirt here and there didn’t distract much. Breakfast is included in the price and while the selection is nothing to brag about, there is someone who makes delightful coffee in the morning. If we return to Venice, this hotel would be an attractive option.

It took us an hour to locate the hotel. I can't blame the hotel as "Lost in Venice" happens in every corner. Finally we arrived, staff was very friendly and help us to take the luggage upstairs. Room was small and dark. Corners of the bed were sharp which my friend and I got a bruise on our legs. The bedding was not clean enough and I felt itchy all the time while sleeping on it, may be this is what we paid for ($100/nite). The breakfast lady is very nice and friendly though. Hotel did located very close to the Rialto bridge and the Rialto Fish market. (Once we figured it out how to 'walk' in venice")
