Location is great in the sense that the train station is directly behind the hotel, so it’s easy to get to and from Venice. However if planning to stay in hotel area, there’s nothing much around it. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean. Rooms are a bit tired and could use some updating, but they’re clean and spacious. Most hotels in Italy don’t have conditioner in the bathrooms, so if that’s something you use be sure to pack it!

Room is in very bad condition. The room is stinking smell. Stains in the shower tub. Air conditioner not working and making lot of noise. Bathroom door had no lock. Reported to front desk and they came and check the air conditioning and said not working. We are not able to sleep and sitting all night without sleeping. I need a refund.

AC in my room didn’t work complained 6 times till they sent maintenance guy and all he do was say it’s working when my room was 92 and opened our window and door we had to go stay at another hotel
