"This hotel is a beautiful and quiet oasis away from busy Ubud. We would have loved to stay longer. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, and our room spacious and well furnished w a private garden and plunge pool. Firstly, there is no iron readily available in the room, and when we requested one, we were informed that there are only two irons for the entire hotel. Secondly, when we sent our shirts and shawls for laundry ironing service, the hotel returned them folded, not on hangers. It seems counterintuitive to iron clothes only to fold them afterward.
