Two of our villas have a double bed in the main bedroom and the rest have queen beds and it turns out the villa you were booked in had the double bed. Hi Jenny,Thankyou for the review and the comments on our cleanliness. Unfortunately we are booked back to back this time of the year and could not offer you a late checkout. As to the faulty door, the maintenance team inspected the door and could find no fault with it. We did all we could, offering an ice pack and phoning the amubulance on your behalf but are not qualified to give pain medication of any type which I know you were upset about. Hope the finger heals well and all the best.

Hi Kevin We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The family cabin that you booked is a two-room cabin that is large enough for two double beds, a dining table and a lounge. We do advertise that it has an external ensuite. Perhaps next time you could look at booking our two-bedroom villas that have the internal bathroom, in fact we have four brand new villas that are beautiful. Hi Glenn, our listing for the budget cabins clearly states that the bathroom is external. Our 2 bedroom villas have internal bathrooms and toiletries.

Your instructions were to hand keys back to reception but you left them in the after hours dropbox despite us being open. All we did was call you after check out time came around to find out whether you had left them in the cabin or perhaps you had accidentally taken them with you to which I received a barrage of verbal abuse including lots of swearing & calling me awful names. You were advised that you have been blacklisted because of your intolerable abuse as well as reported to Expedia. This is simply retaliatory review.
