Elevator was out of service, which was a little hard on us old folks, having to lug everything to the room by hand. Elevator was still broken the next morning. Staff did accommodate us as much as possible, so that was good.

I truly enjoyed the fitness center, a great area to exercise before a long drive. My wife and son in law booked this on my behalf, and was a pleasant surprise to walk into the welcoming environment.

Easy access from interstate. Can get a bit congested but it’s manageable. It’s wonderful that there’s a pet area on the grounds (I missed it until leaving) but also a dog park just across the street. Wonderful, comfortable beds!!

The property is conveniently located and is in good condition. The breakfast was decent for an inclusive breakfast. My only issue is that the elevators were not working, and of course we were given a 4th floor room. We were told upon arrival in the evening that if we wanted to cancel because of the elevator issue , they would not charge us a cancel fee. how generous..... They knew all of the hotels in the area were already full. An advanced warning would have been nice, it seems like they have no problem texting and emailing you about your check in time and info, but they cant seem to notify you early when they have an issue.

Nice hotel with nice staff. The front desk clerk even gave up his personal parking spot so we would have a space to park. Beds were very comfortable and I liked having several pillow options on the bed. Bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was hot. Husband enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean and kept up.

Good hotel to stop on the road. Only bad is some blinking light over the bed / guess it’s a smoke detector or something. Need to move it somewhere else. Drove me crazy all night. People were nice though and room clean and spacious.
