The Haifa Port is a vast marina that stretches along a large part of Haifa’s northeastern coastline. Built around a deep-water harbor, it’s a hub of enormous trawlers, yachts and cruise ships. Travel in ferries from this huge port to exotic destinations across the Mediterranean Sea.

From the classical age to the medieval era and beyond, Akko Harbor, also known as Ze’ev Frid Marina, has played a key role in the social and industrial development of the city. As one of the liveliest strands around the bustling city, Bat Galim Beach is backed by numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. It stands in a serene neighborhood and invites you to soak up the sun on its sandy strip. Stroll along the scenic promenade that runs along the back of the beach and do some people-watching around the popular bay.
