The grounds are lovely. The hotel is very worn. The hallways look old. The elevator does not work properly. The rooms, double beds are very outdated. Will not stay here again. Will go to one of the other facilities at Blue.

Hello Nyka, thank you for staying with us. Many of our guests have a personal preference of where they would like to stay, and the Inn has welcomed many new and returning guests over the years. However, it is time for an update including the comfort of furnishings and common areas. We are pleased to report it will see a major refurbishment. We are currently in the planning phase and your feedback has been relayed. If you prefer to be closer to the center of the village, summer attractions, and would like a vacation rental experience, the Village Suites and Mosaic Suites offer various bedroom configurations from bachelor layouts to three bedrooms, many with full eat in kitchen facilities and gas fireplaces. The Village center can be very busy (and noisy) at times, especially high seasons, weekends, and holidays.

Professional and anticipatory Reception staff. Good amenities. The Pottery Restaurant is a diamond in the rough. Good food with good value. Needs some decor, lighting, complete name change to Alpine, and it could be the talk of the Village.

This is our light service and is adequate for viewing e-mails and browsing the internet and is typically the most popular option with our visitors. The more guests connect to this service, the more the connection may slow down. However, we offer a multi-device, high-speed premium quality service for a nominal fee, adequate for streaming, remote work, and study, etcetera. We recommend this option for your next visit. Given the volumes that we deal with daily and the myriad of people with whom we engage we most certainly understand the importance of living in a connected society. We shared your comments about our guest Wi-Fi with the concerned departments to take into consideration as they plan for the next phase of our social networking platform.

Very clean property, close to slopes (8 minute walk), beds are double but very comfy. Small mini fridge which is very convenient. The only thing I wish was different, if you go out late from your room, you need to request to front desk before 5 p.m. for cleanup or they do not automatically keep track.

Would have liked a change room in the pool area so you don't have to leave wrapped in a towel back to your room to change. Minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was good. It was nice to have restaurants conveniently located in the hotel. Only tried Jozos but I can say it was very good. Free parking was appreciated. Shuttle to the village was available, but was an easy walk in nice weather.
