" We traveled from Florida and they allowed us to check in super early. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good! Balcony bar area super nice as well. Shower didn't spill out a ton of water like most hotels. Bed was was comfy but, boyfriend did not think so. Shower sprayer didn't spray fully and complimentary coffee was cold. Staff also offered to fill our cooler with ice, which was super sweet of them."

They stayed in contact with me throughout the visit to make sure we didn't need anything and that we were satisfied and asked for feedback throughout the visit just to ensure they were doing a good job.
