"Guess when you don’t have to pay for accommodation under Expedite’s rewards, the reception is not pleasant. On first stay, we were allocated a room facing the car park and road. It was noisy throughout the night. The room allocated to us was so shabby. No toiletries were given only a bottle of soap. Then we requested for a room away from the road as we will be staying for another night after back from Sipadan, the guy at the reception said he will try but the lady rebuked him.
