"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. "A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking. This place feels remote but there is a bus stop station close and the pirate ship/ cable cars. No stores or restaurants close by but we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets."

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. "We decided on short notice to switch to a room with a private onsen. It was fantastic! The hotel is a little bit older but very well maintained and clean. The room was gigantic and very comfortable.
