親愛的貴賓我們的迎賓是快有順利因我們旅宿是在徒步商街和夜市裡的5、6、7樓也是唯一可以提供旅客住宿的合法酒店下樓就是西門町徒步商街（車子進不來故晚上睡覺安靜)和台北MRT 地鐵西門捷運站6號出口2分鐘所在區域所以我們都會事先跟旅客說明我們電梯大樓和漢中街UNICLO 大樓是前後棟並配合我們的保安和監視係統，電梯是有門禁需有卡才可以進電梯所以我們都是會親自下樓迎賓回客也是一樣，我們可以說多國語言並留很多可以溝通的管道請旅客隨時保持連絡是很重要的不要忽略它謝謝貴賓您的告知讓我有這機會告知已預訂的旅客ㄧ但連絡上房務部都會第一時間回覆掌握貴賓您的入住計劃並24小時全力配合，貴賓因您已入住過下次就會覺得其實很簡單像我們的回客ㄧ樣來去自如（鬧中取靜）省時省錢 !
