"What a nightmare! I booked a condo-hotel last minute for a group of 8 and paid a good amount of money for it, only to be charged again for a separate entrance fee which was quite a lot! The unit did not have any towels, not even soap and shampoo! The internet provided was the prepaid-type and it sucked! The elevator was broken. The place needs work and there is a fee for any amenity that you want to use. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!"

"We were given a different room from our reserved room, which was much further than the first room. Tower was very far from parking. Toilet flush was not working. Room was a bit dirty. Good thing View from room was awesome. Dinning was very accessible from front gate. "

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."

"I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."
