"Staff were great! Cable is not that good, busted tv remote control, no tissue being offered, they forgot to resupply toilet paper and the real downer is lack of hot shower. Customer service is outstanding though. Kudos to staff friendliness and professinalisn!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic.
