My room whilst very small, was clean. However, carpet stains abound, no washroom paper towels and domestic foreign national staff who lock themselves out of the building and bang on doors at 6:00 am trying to get back in, waking up everyone. No bistro, broken. An experience.

Property is old and outdated for price!!!!! Also, there was a physical fight going on in the accommodation area when we arrived at 11.00pm, manager would not call Police, so the couple just moved their fight out into the carpark right under our window. Biggest shock was being asked for my physical keycard AND private CV number so they could take a BOND!! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never ever been asked to provide my CV number on my keycard, or asked to pay a bond, as though we were renting a house for God’s sake!!! Would never stay there again nor recommend to anyone else. We only stayed there due to close proximity to work the next morning, but will spend the extra $ to stay somewhere else next time…

Good for backpacks. I came with my wife to attend an event nearby. But found not suitable for families. Shared bathroom was terrible. Didn't stay at this hotel.Booked Novotel in Paramatta and used this hotel carpark. Expensive cark park.

This one-night stay suited us well as a budget option. If you don’t mind a (clean) shared bathroom and traffic noise, dulled by double glazing, and a basic room with comfortable bed with air con, TV, and not much else for a good price, it is right on Parramatta Road, with parking but without an on-site restaurant. We took bowls, spoons and cereal and used the free milk and tea/ coffee for breakfast. We were welcomed on arrival by an attentive, efficient and hospitable manager. I live on a budget and appreciate properties like this, but some travellers might not be satisfied with the 1950’s tiles or the dripping shower. I appreciated the good welcome, easy parking, comfortable bed and air conditioning, so no complaints here.

I was uncomfortable with the team member at the bar taking a photo of my licence and id on her personal phone. When I questioned what she was doing, she said she needs to take a photo to send to her manager in case anything happens during the stay. I do understand accommodation usually take copies of these things, however this is usually a photocopy, or a hold on a card, where it can be controlled... not on a personal device. I have advised my bank in case of any charges.

I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it is dirty and extremely noisy! It isn’t necessary noisy from the people in the pub more so from the people staying there. We left the hotel after 2 days because on the Sat night of out stay we were awake from 12-5am because of the people who were staying in the room opposite us. I had to call the manager at 1:30 am and yet things didn’t really change. It is not a safe place for people to stay in. The rooms are really dirty and the bathroom floor is dirty!

While staff are fantastic, the cleanliness of the linen is very much a concern. Basic accomodatoon which met our needs

It’s should not be renting out the rooms very unprofessional no care or thought for guests. Showers and toilets are not clean no ammenities for food or drinks unless you like alcohol and pokies!

Staff were great, toilet and showers not clean real well, room review said it was a king size bed, on arrvial it was 2 singles pushed together. No dooner cover just 2 single sheets over it. And only a single sheet laid sideways for the under sheet. Said there was a lundry down stairs it was out of order. There is no food on site so must walk or find public transport to get food. Publican was great, had to help with tv remote as it was not in room on arrvial and then remote he gave was broken so had to walk back down for a 4th time. Dont lock your door when exiting the room for normal leave as it will lock the room and cant get access unless they reset key pass. None of this was explained on arrvial. Not worth the $250 for 2 nights quite disappointing.
