"While the facilities in parts are a little old/dated, the staff are amazing plus location is awesome. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean Bure. Each day we would walk straight out front of our bure and into the fairly shallow coral reef and snorkel. Lots of colourful, beautiful sea life. Also used the free kayaks too. Very protected, easy access. When tide got low, we just walked back to nearby bure and had a hot outdoor shower. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend. As mentioned...

"Staff is great, but it seemed like they had not have enough resources. The bar ran out of glasses often so does towels for the pool. Hammocks were in worse condition. Food is boring and repetitive. We had to wait over an hour for check in as the room wasn't ready. Finally we got the room and when we entered the room, it was horribly hot that you can't even stay in for a minute. We were told to allow an hour to cold the room. We went out for the activity, returned after 5 hours only to found out...

"This is a peaceful, quiet and beautiful location, perfect for a restful break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I received a free upgrade to a beautiful beachfront room. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Meals are modest and a little pricey as you would expect for a captive audience. "Gorgeous rooms - very roomy, clean, and the shower was divine (I'm talking hot and amazing pressure). Also really affordable considering what some of the other resorts in the area are charging. Super close to Sigatoka town as well - just a short bus ride away and the beach is literally down the road (great snorkelling when the tide is high). Staff were very kind. Might be best to chat to locals about what to see/do in the local area as they were more knowledgeable."

I was gonna change my accommodation unfortunately it was already paid and there was no refund available, hotel.com should have option for relocation and refund if the accommodation is what we aspect. "This resort is great for families with young children. I don’t have young children so I chose the adults only restaurant for the included breakfast. There’s a choice of 3 restaurants. The resort is huge. There are 2 pools available for everyone (and a 3rd pool in the snobs only Reef Wing 😊). Once we discovered the pool Next to Taleki restaurant, we didn’t bother with the main pool. It was much quieter and easier to get a lounge. Staff were without exception truly lovely. Friendly, helpful and apparently happy. Drinks, food and snacks were super expensive, so take plenty of snacks from home, or stock up at a local supermarket. We ate at the Junction Cafe (Chinese menu) a couple of times. It’s right next to the resort. The food’s very good and at a reasonable price. 4 stars"
