Staff was friendly and welcoming. Entrance into facility had cigarette butts rolling around on welcome mat and garage from fast food on ledges outside exterior entry room doors to rooms. It took six times for staff to provide us with key/cards that would open room doors (includes three room change), due to faulty, dated door locks.

Wonderful stay.
Stop just for be one night on our trip wonderful staff, check in was easy. Room and common areas very clean. Amenities in room were generous. Breakfast was amazing, the staff kept it all fresh and was a great variety of foods and beverages. If we’re ever through this way again we will definitely stay here.

The outdoor pool was covered but not the hot tub dirty standing water might trap a small animal. Hate to have a little kid see something like that.Everything else was great!

Room was a hot tub suite and smelled dirty. There were sit marks on the bed and the ac unit didn’t display the correct control temperature and heat/cool buttons didn’t work. A bit disappointing but ok on comfort. Good breakfast.

Ryan at the counter is great. He remember us , shares reviews about where is good place in town for dinner . We have been staying here every year on our way out west to hunt .

The check-in with Ryan was great. Made us feel at home and suggested food choices in town. The room was great and cleaned very well. Did not feel like you were given less of a room because you had a pup. There is a nice little park close by and you feel very safe in the area.

Nice place and good stay
Stay was great, but there were some caveats. Staff very friendly and supportive. Room clean and bed comfortable. We had flies in the room and flies in the breakfast area. Whirlpool nice to have in the room, but it literally took about 1.5 hrs to fill. Breakfast was wonderful - sausage, eggs, waffles, potatoes, cereal, juice, pastries, fruit, .... really nice.

The staff are always excellent. The room showed quite a bit of wear and tear. Jacuzzi took forever to fill. Bathroom sink was cracked. All of the lamp shades were dented. There was paint splatter on the bathroom walls. And the water is slimy-feeling.

This was an "ok" place to stay. We were just there for the night and really only needed a place to sleep. The room smelled a little smokey - it is what it is... but it was clean. The staff was very helpful and considerate (we arrived very late and had no issues checking in). However, the bathroom was dirty in a way that housekeeping could not clean. It was just outdated in not the way as style... but that it just needed to be "neat" er. I don't know how to put it.... it was a perfectly fine place to stay - 3/5 stars just sums it up.

This two story building looked old but it was nicely maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are ready to help customers. We have a lot of bags and there was no elevator but he helped us to the second floor. Thanks

Front desk person was not very friendly, The room was dirty with left over trash, and smelled like smoke. Hotel seemed run down, AC did not work well. We will not be back for sure.
