Modern chic with amenities I never seen before. The room has an iPad that controls everything from room temperature to room mood. The mood is changed by lighting and relaxing music. The breakfast was high quality good healthy food. I highly recommend this place.

This place was shady I immediately packed my car and left. Went back next morning and returned the KEY not a card a key! There was a hole between the door that I could see daylight and a mouse or snake or any other creatures could easily got into my room. As a single female I did not feel safe AT ALL wasted $98.00 but didn’t care just left!

The room was clean and adequate for my needs. Check in was delayed because the computer system was down and the clerk did not know how to check me in. She was very nice and apologetic, but I was unable to check in for a few hours.

No frills, very clean and comfortable. Kelly Burns at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Best price in the State Collge area since the rest of the hotels in the area have jacked up (price gouging?) their prices by at least $40 to $50 dollars. The only problem during our stay, which was not the motels fault, was some inconsiderate guests dog started barking at 7am and kept going for 20 minutes. It would stop for a little bit then start again. Never heard anyone tell it to stop. I think the jerks went out to breakfast and left the dog there. It was still barking at 10:00 when we left.

Dirty, broken
The minute we opened the door it smelled like cigarettes very badly! The deadbolt locks, shower head, toilet seat were all broken. The carpet was filthy you can tell it wasn’t even vacuumed in some spots. We arrived almost midnight so we couldn’t change booking, otherwise I would’ve moved to another hotel!

Kelly was very nice at check in and during our stay. This is a no thrills but no fuss small motel. Room was fine and clean, beds and bathroom were also nice and clean. No lobby to speak of but for the price it was better than expected👍 Compared to the $250 a day plus hotels the Nittany Budget offers a nice affordable option for a short stay and only 10 minutes from Penn State.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I traveled with a dog and I had a nice place to walk them. This is important since I travel to the area for dog sports. I will definitely stay there again.

Service here was great. In a good location close to Penn State and area. I’ve had to travel to Penn State several times in past but never noticed this on Hotels,com before. I will definitely check for availability for my future visits.
