I loved the inside staff! Outside staff (Valet Men) not so much. I loved that there was water available in the lobby for dogs. The restaurant was not open in the morning so couldn’t get breakfast. The room did not come with a microwave. There was a dirty silverware cloth in the room. 2-3 outlets didn’t work. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. The suite I stayed in was beautiful though!

It was a comfortable space and when you first walk in its very nice, but omce you look closer, you'll notice stained bed sheets, dirty shower floor, and a large cockroach making an appearance in the middle of the night.

Super cool property, staff was nice. Room was good but the bed was tilted like the frame was broke and the chase lounge had a massive period blood stain. We put a towel over it so we didnt have to look at it. Roof top bar was awesome and the restaurant downstairs looked good but we didnt try it.

Several front desk staff went above and beyond to have my stay convenient and to get good deals. The shower floors design kept water from draining quickly enough, keeping standing water about 1/4 inch on more than half of the shower. The assistant manager and plumber were dismissive of my concerns. Had they sold shower shoes in the store and acknowledged the issue, that would have helped. On the last day I discovered the mattress cover was stained and filthy looking. Bathroom amenities were hit and miss for being restocked. An out of date welcome binder was in my room. It had incorrect meal times, which threw off my schedule.
