I didn’t appreciate that when asked by the cleaning staff when I would be checking out, they were informed it would be at 12. I placed the metal latch across the door and began to pack and get ready to leave. I then proceeded to shower only for the cleaning staff again to attempt to enter the room. If the metal latch was not across the door they would have entered while I was in shower. I did not appreciate this as a grown man would have entered a room of a woman who was naked in the shower.

We liked the available restaurant that are connected to the hotel and the close proximity to shopping. It was quiet and very comfortable. Room cleanliness was not great but ok. Overall we would book again.

Was very accepting of having pets stay. But when mentioned about a plate on the heating system was broken upon entering the room we were told it was going to be looked by maintenance but they didn’t show at all.

Nice property. Overall great stay and would recommend to travelers. At check out they tried to charge me a second time for my room, rather than reimburse the incidental amount. That made check out frustrating. Other, than that a great stay.

Everything was great, outside had a lot of dog poop not cleaned up but otherwise was a great stay. I realized after I didn't receive my vip credit to Denny’s as well.

The beds are extremely comfortable,had to ask what kind of mattress was on the bed.Staff was amazing! Only two issues were that the carpet in the rooms had a lot of hair, looked like pet hair and the shower had blood in it.Other then that, it was a wonderful stay.

There was a man parked in the parking lot for 2 days. And not one staff member noticed. It was very uncomfortable and creepy

Very clean, close to shopping, pool and hot tub was great. Lots of parking space, and staff was very helpful! I will definitely stay there again!
