This hotel is the best! This is the second time I've stayed at Tru by Hilton Springfield, MO. I love the friendliness, the cleanliness, the food, and the convenience to campus and downtown. The location makes it walkable to our son living in the dorms. It's also walkable to the beatiful downtown.

Best Hotel I've stayed at in Springfield
Check in was super easy, and everyone was friendly! It was in a great location, walking distance to plenty of things so we didn't feel the need to drive for food or attractions, especially since comicon was going on just a few blocks away. The hotel was very nice and clean, very minimalist vibes, not gaudy or cluttered. The shower was nice and roomy, although the door didn't seal very tight on it, so we had to put a towel on the floor outside of it to keep the water from dripping on the floor. The lobby was super cute and they had it decorated for Valentine's Day, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic! I don't usually eat much for breakfast, but the omelettes had me going back for seconds! I would definitely consider staying there again!

We were pleased with our stay. Only thing was there was no safe in the room and the bed felt a bit worn. Breakfast was included along with pool and workout room. Safe, quiet, and walkable location. Also a pool table and games in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The check in was very pleasant and staff was exceptionally friendly and gave suggestions for food. I was pleased with overall condition of room. There were no cups or water provided, nor an ice bucket.
