Yes, as is occurring in many urban areas, the transient population exists, but know we have security for both our guests and staff members and we haven’t been faced with anything serious. Yes, our rooms are priced very competitively, especially given our convenient location to so much to do downtown. Regarding the condition of the room, our cleanliness is a priority so I see very few concerns about our rooms but again, I will address with the staff your comment about the shower. Yes, your room type does not have a shower which is indicated in our description. In the future, should you decide to allow us to earn your business back please know you can reach out to the Front Desk for any needs or concerns. Our Front Desk is required to document any guest concerns but unfortunately, I don't see any comments regarding your stay. Dear Mark, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Most of all, thank you for recognizing our team as we work very hard to ensure our guests feel comfortable and accommodated. Regarding the bed, I am so sorry for your back pain! I will be sure to look into the quality of the mattress in the room you stayed in. We keep an annual grading sheet for all rooms and there are no rooms below a "B" grade, but I will be sure to inspect as we all have different expectations regarding a hotel bed as they certainly aren't our own beds we enjoy in our homes. Dear Christina, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Yes, we are near the train and the sound isn't for everyone - we understand. I wanted you to know I did send a message to the Housekeeping Manager regarding your issue with the comforter. In the future, please call the Front Desk for assistance.
