"Honest to goodness review. Pros: centrally located in the heart of Diocletian Palace. Easy to get to tours, walking spend harbor, ferries, farmers market, all of the more attractions in Split. Free laundry service. Kind and hospitable staff. Terrace and Rooftop with views. Cooking area. Cons: if you’re expecting American standard hotel this is not your place. No hot water in the mornings for days. Walk up 3-4 flights of stairs daily. If you’re in good shape this is a good choice. Nice...

"The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next...

"Amazingly convenient location. Walkable to all the possible tourist attractions. Great top 10 restaurants in the area. Staff at the hotel is very very welcoming and helpful. "We enjoyed being within walking distance from the center of the city. Great location. The apt is outdated but had all essential accommodations. Well stocked kitchenette and good size refrigerator. Only issue was getting enough hot water for showering and the mattress needs to be replaced. The waher worked very well, however, no dryer and therefore we dried our clothing on the rack provided. No big issue and would go back again."
