Free laundry service. Kind and hospitable staff. Terrace and Rooftop with views. Cooking area. Cons: if you’re expecting American standard hotel this is not your place. "We really enjoyed our stay at Divota. It’s near enough to the centre without having any noise disturbance. Breakfast at the restaurant is so convenient and the choice and serving size is great. Having a decent sized fridge, glasses, bottle opener and kettle in the apartment is so thoughtful. "

"Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next...

"Lovely clean apartment, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Bozena was lovely and gave us useful information on the area, including bus timetables into split. The bus to split was cheap and took around 25 minutes. Stobrec is quiet and peaceful with some excursions running from the centre. "
