"The resort was beautiful but my earrings and a necklace disappeared after our room was cleaned, even though we had a do not enter the room sign on the door. Im glad it wasn’t worth more than $100. We have traveled a lot and never had such a problem anywhere except here. Just highly recommend to put valuable items in the safe and to lock expensive clothes in the luggage. "

"They need new mattresses and better quality tv. The remote confrol old fashion, the flat screen too small. I hope they refurbish and take care of the mattresses. One cannot charge to rooms unless included in the price but at the bar it was ok. "

"We took the suite good for 7 persons. The staff are all accommodating and welcoming. Especially Victoria is very charming and always ready to assist. They let us checked in early as long as the room is ready. We asked for extra comforters for the sofa bed and when we came back they have it all arranged ready for sleeping. The parking availability though is too far from the hotel. Walking distance about 10-15mins to the beach and restaurants. But still in general the room is clean, good beds,...

"I had a fantastic experience at Rivera South Beach! The front desk staff Rossy,Jose and Livia were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The only suggestion I'd offer is to improve the lighting in the living room area. While the lamps provided cozy ambiance, additional lighting would be great for makeup application. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Loews Miami Beach Hotel is a beautiful hotel and extremely child friendly. We have a 20 month old and the staff we're great with him. They would give him small toys and a coloring book to keep for his entertainment at lunch or breakfast. He got to eat for free at Preston's which is where they have the breakfast. He was even gifted a free ice cream token from front desk for Miami Joe's. The pool has a shallow walk-in area which was perfect for our little one when getting in the water. Not to mention the food was amazing and the room was very comfortable. "
