"Nice, very old 1930’s building with lots of charm in the Chula Vista area of San Diego. Small rooms but of course for the time it was built it makes sense. Probably could use some paint and general spruce up. The bed was very comfortable and there were large soft bath towels. Quiet peaceful sleep and walk to restaurants and coffee shops."

"Good location to get around all areas of San Diego, it has lots of dining options a block away, they also offer a discount to guest to the cafe which is awesome in the mornings. Friendly staff and always clean. We have stayed for the past 3 years and always enjoy our stay."

"It is a decent hotel for travelers through the area. Clean comfortable rooms, not terribly noisy for its location, everything pretty much as it can be expected. However, if you'd like to get a glass of milk after 9 am, your request will be promptly denied by the receptionist, even though they have milk in their refrigerators. "
