"The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast is truly excellent -- SO much variety and abundance. (It would be great if they offered a few more alternatives for people with lactose intolerance or vegans, ie. plant-based (like soy) yogurt and milk (soy, almond, cashew, or oat, for instance.) And I wish they had real orange juice instead of the unhealthy orange drink.) However, our stay was great. A very classy and upscale hotel."

"Our stay was wonderful. Very friendly concierge and staff. Every one was willing to do their utmost best to assist in every possible way. They helped organise taxis, restaurant reservations and help get to local places. The staff accommodated for Ramadan breakfast, prompt service was provided. Very professional and welcoming staff.
