First visit to Snowshoe over 15 yrs. Great stay!
My wife and I stayed at the inn on the ground floor. Short walk to the lodge where the buffet breakfast was served. the we were steps away from the restaurant (which was quite good. I would say the best on the entire mountain), and the pizza joint as well as the bar/restaurant upstairs (which had its own food menu but you could order from the restaurant and the pizza place below). Just a few more steps out the door and you were at the head of the trails and the Powder Monkey chair lift. Perfect location. We loved the gas fireplace in our room. About a 5 min walk to the village area, ski rentals and shops, and main ski school area. There was a shuttle stop right outside if you had gear and didn't want to make the walk. Western Territory (hardest terrain) was right across the street. Only gave it one mark down on cleanliness due to a large white stain on the carpet. looked permanent so I am just being picky at this point because i cant think of anything else other than that. Overall it was a great stay. Its been over 15 years since i have been to Snowshoe so it was a shock to see how much has been added. I would definitely stay again.

Our location, nestled between both sides of the mountain and close to three of the best restaurants at Snowshoe, is one of the most special parts of the Corduroy. Having everything steps away adds to the resort's convenience and flexibility. I am sorry to hear about your concerns about the bed. First time, not the last!
Checked in online; got into my room early. It was before opening day at the resort, so I didn't expect it to be busy. Front desk staff answered my questions, as a first timer in town. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed comfy. Bathroom looks newly renovated. Loved having a fireplace in the room - made it cozy and warm. Very convenient location to the main resort - will stay again there!

Easy to locate. Clean, updated rooms. Excellent shower water temperature & pressure!! Mattress slept well. Fireplace lovely. Young lady at check in sweet, friendly & helpful. Secure parking. Even had a filtered water line & sink for coffee. Absolutely would stay there again!!

Corduroy Inn & Lodge
The inn and area were just beautiful. I wish they had foot stools in the room, and they offer expresso in the room, but having real coffee would have been great. The had coffee in the lobby, but not available until 8:00 a.m. And no where on the mountain can you get any. The accommodations were stellar.
