I did not like when we cheked IN WAS TOLD FLAMINGO HOTEL DID NOT RECEIVED CONF FROM EXPEDIA WHICH WAS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I SHOWED THE E MAIL CONFIRMATION THEY GAVE US A ROOM FOR 3 DAYS IT WAS A BAD START OF VACATION AFTER WE MOVED TO THE ROOM WE PAID WITH SPECIAL ACCOMODATION WE PAID FOR,

The resort is in a great location with quite a few dining options and nightlife fairly close by. Overall, we found the staff helpful and friendly. However, our room was not cleaned throughout our entire stay (6 days) regardless of our numerous requests, which is not to Hilton standard, unfortunately.

There are no issues with the property but there was no record of my reservation and it was frustrating and disappointing to wait for a room when my reservation was confirmed a very long time before arriving

Staff wasn’t to friendly , I was in Hilton in Ft. Lauderdale for my sons bday , and the staff went above in beyond, here I went to celebrate my birthday, my wife told the lady at the front desk, but they didn’t do anything about. I think they have to work More on that, hospitality. Not the best , the rest everything was good . Thanks . I’m a Hilton honors so I went there, they didn’t even gime water like in others Hilton.
