The bus picked us up on request from the station and took us to our terminal next day. The check-in and check-out were all on line and you could even generate your own key. "Overall excellent. Lovely room, friendly staff and nice breakfast. I did ask reception about potential roadworks some days before we were due to stay but was not given a helpful answer. There are a lot of road works surrounding the hotel and access points and we struggled to find our way round them, particularly to the CitiPark car park where I assume most guests with a car will be parking. A little warning/information in advance would have been helpful and less stressful. Thank you."
