I stayed 2 nights. I booked the first night at a “discounted” rate, plus misc fees. The first night I was put on the 19th floor, with a constantly running toilet and no heat. I called the front desk, a total of 4 times. Maintenance came the first time while I was downstairs trying to find anything I could to eat. (Cold deli sandwich) as they don’t offer roomservive. The maintenance person unplugged my charger, turned on a football game and turned the tv up, but still no heat when I returned. I called back down and asked that someone please fix my heat. About 2 hrs later another person came, and “fixed it” Apparently the problem was that I had the fan on too high, and the heat would only work if I kept it on low. Unfortunately it continued to blow cold. However the guy did say if ai needed anything else, to call the next shift, they’d be there in an hr. Giving up, at 1130 I called down to see if there was a blow dryer just to warm me up under the blankets to fall asleep. I was told to use the one in my room. (Which is screwed to the wall) My final call at 1205, the front desk suggested I just get under the blankets, or gave me the options to come down from the 19th floor, and get some extra blankets. To which I declined. I checked out the next AM There was a change in plans, requiring me to stay again. I through Expedia, paying almost half No heat in this room. I bundled up, and didn’t bother calling

I work in Louisiana, so I stay here for 3 weeks at a time. They are very hospitable, respectful, and attentive. The sleep I get after work is some of the best sleep I get without a doubt. When I do have some down time…they have a great selection of things to do like slots, playbook, and live music.

The staff at the casino/ hotel were so kind and so helpful. I was eligible for a free upgrade on my room which put me into a junior suite type room. I arrived at room and was very pleased. My room was up a few floors, all the way at the end of a hallway and around a corner. Literally the ONLY thing I heard in my room the entire stay was the few rain drops hitting my window. I NEVER heard anything else! My stay was during the week so naturally it was quieter in and around the property. My room had a king size bed, a full leather couch, and the bathroom was HUGE. They're was so much room! I WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!

We always stay here when we come to Shreveport there is a casino , pool, hot tub, three restaurants, and live music on the weekends with open bar. Covered garage with valet for parking if you prefer . Nice hotel!

front desk service was excellent, except for poor treatment by one manager in particular while we were trying to find solutions to a hotel error, which resulted in one of our rooms not being available, although I was still charged for the night.

The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were kind and courteous. The grounds and building were clean. Unfortunately, there were members of the desk staff that were not representative of your core values of positive attitude, body language, resolution of issues. I reserved 2 rooms - one for myself and one for other family. I arrived on the 29th and they were scheduled to arrive on the 31st, however their flight was delayed and they arrived on the 1st. I notified the front desk attendant on the scheduled night of arrival and she assured me they can check in when they arrive, however my cc will still be charged for the nights visit. When they arrived the next morning, they were told that the room was not available and would not be available until 2pm. I was at the church when she called to inform me that there's a problem. I called to clarify the mix-up. Both rooms were reserved on my CC and I was charged, therefore they should be able to access the room upon arrival. The attendant/manager was very rude and condescending to me on the phone, offering no understanding/sympathy/resolution. She abruptly interrupted -hanging up the phone as I was still speaking. I arrived back to the hotel desk to further appeal to the attendant to no avail. She stood with her hands on both hips and gave no help - no refund, no apology. Other staff were nice, however "one bad apple" spoiled our otherwise pleasant experience as we were traveling for bereavement.
