"Parking was non existent. Advised to park next to the storage containers. No they’re not responsible for damage to your car. Their problem is your problem. Ridiculous. The hot water handle in the bathroom sink wasn’t attached. Front desk sent maintenance people to examine it. Said the valve needed to be replaced another day. No hot water in the sink for the day. So nothing in the bathroom was cleaned with hot water, and cleaning person didn’t report it. Again, their problem is my problem"

"Our stay was fine, check in was fast, room was nice, breakfast was ok. The only problem we had was the TV, young man came and reset it but it didn't work but a few minutes, I didn't call him back."

"We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. "

"My stay was good, clean and nice. My complaint is that the pool was working. That put a boomer on my lil evening. I had planned on putting on my short shorts and top and get my relaxation on.I could have gotten a refund but at this point it was later in the evening and timing is everything. "
