"Everything was good"

"The Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfectly located only a couple of minutes walk from both the Departures/Arrivals halls. It's ideal for overnight stopovers in KL, especially late check-ins. It's clean, has really comfy beds and a great shower. Whilst some may view the rooms as basic, there are multiple power points, a TV with English speaking channels, good air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo provided, plus 2 bottles of water per day. Depending on how much luggage you have, there is sufficient room for two people in the twin or double rooms. The only downside is no tea/coffee making facilities nor a fridge in the room but we always travel with an international electric jug and small long life milk satchels, so not a problem for us. Anyhow there are so many shops back at the Airport for drinks and snacks, it's easy to get by. If you can wait, Breakfast is served downstairs in the cafe area from 6am and there are lots of food options, including coffee and tea. The omelettes at the egg station was my favourite. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for short stays in KL."

"Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! But the restaurant was great, the server just learning was confident enough to refer food choices which turned out great, the cooks, great! "

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."
