The property is clean, convenient… very close to the shuttle bus stop that takes you to hiking trails for free. Customer service was also really good. Will definitely stay there again if I will visit Sedona again.

After several delays in my flights. I arrived at the property late about 11pm. there was no one at the front desk. There was a phone located at the front door and a phone number to call. Neither worked I ended up sleeping in my rental car that night. Never got and answer until about 430am the next morning.

I wasn’t aware that this was a time share facility but found the experience enjoyable. It may not be for everyone as their are no elevators etc and parking is tight so elderly and individuals with special needs may struggle a bit here. There is also no breakfast option. That said I would stay there again as the location is wonderful and faculty very well maintained. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Great place
