I hate the web site and reservation system. Every time I got to the end of making a res. the site said I was timed out. There is no place to provide feedback on the site. I emailed an executive about with details of the problem and heard nothing, like tnx. Out of country I prefer web reservations, so had to go to Expedia. The 800 call center for Coastal is always forwared if you call the hotel.

Absolutely perfect for airport stay. They focus on that aspect, and do it very well. For an older building, was spotless. Not a lot of other amenities, but that is expected. Desk staff very helpful.

You could literally walk to this property from the airport. Safe feel and excellent restaurant next door. There vending machine was out of water so would have been nice to have water in the lobby to refill a bottle

Needed post-cruise accommodation for scheduled early morning flight home. Professional, friendly, hassle-free check-in to check-out including their complimentary shuttle service/escort to SeaTac next door. Excellent steakhouse next door. Accommodations including everything we needed for our short stay.. Did not have time for the included free breakfast but know we'll definitely be staying here again.

We had an excellent experience at Coast Gateway SeaTac. Very friendly, helpful staff, meticulously clean room that was absolutely quiet (we were on the back side of the building, facing the airport). Enjoyed a great prime rib at the restaurant across the parking lot (pricey, but probably the best prime rib that I’ve ever had!). Great transportation to/from SeaTac.

The front desk gave us a “breakfast bag” an hour before the free breakfast was available in the dining room. Contained yogurt, boiled egg, cheese, bagel & cream cheese, and fresh fruit. I have never received that service elsewhere.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coast Gateway Hotel. The staff is attentive, kind and incredibly helpful. They jumped in and assisted with our transportation needs. Top Notch hospitality!!!

The staff were kind and helpful. The parking was horrible. I have a small car and the parking spots were extremely narrow. The parking lot is also shared with a restaurant which made finding a spot when we were done with our activities very difficult.

This is our top choice of SeaTac area airport hotels when departing or arriving at Seattle Tacoma Airport. We've stayed there several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle is convenient and the hotel is close--in fact, right next to the airport. The rooms have always been in top condition and the price is right. We highly recommend the Coast Gateway Hotel.
