The front desk staff have a terrible attitude specifically Carmen. The hotel parking lot was empty and she stated they were sold out we arrived at 10:30 am and I request an early check in if possible but instead I got an attitude.

When I arrived at the property the front desk workers had beautiful smiles and was very welcoming. My wife and I were celebrating our 23 wedding anniversary. The workers provided us with champagne and champagne glasses to help us celebrate. The sunset on the water was romantic and captivating. The bar and the restaurant that is connected on the same property as the hotel was tremendous and the food was awesome. The pool was clean. I also loved the fact that you can sit there and soak in the pool and a waitress will come up and take your drink order lol. We will be coming back as soon as possible!!
