A rundown property. The door didn't close properly, the room was missing some supplies, WIFI was not accessible unless we went outside and sat in front of the motel office.

We were given the wrong room when we checked in. We reserved a room with a pull out couch. The room didn't have one. So i had to go back to the front desk. The towels were stained. The sheets had a brown spot. The pull out couch bed was broken. If you sat on the end of it, it fell through. Only one top sheet was given to us for the couch bed. The shower curtin rod was broken and held by a tiny screw. We liked the convience of the area and liked that they had breakfast. The front desk lady was very nice.

I had to clean bathroom toilet and floor. Sweep room. They never did it. Said no one was available to do it. Never did anything about the rate i was charged like was told they would.

Stopped on the way to Taos. So only stayed there one night. But, it’s near the highway, so it’s loud and the room smelled. They need to upgrade their floors, comforters.

Rooms need much better cleaning between stays!!
Front desk service was slow. First room wrong so asked for another. Second room still not nice but stayed because prepay-ed. Food was left in fridge and was spoiled and smelled. Both rooms need repairs and paint and deep cleaning. Breakfast was good.

We had a late check in staff was awesome. First room couldn’t access with card. Second room the heat didn’t work. 32 degrees!!!! Told the staff the next morning and was told I should have kicked the heater. I asked for a refund, as my granddaughter and I had to sleep with our heads covered to keep warm. No refund given.

An excellent value for the price. This team really is proud of their property. It is dated but the location is quiet and safe. The staff are friendly. Breakfast room was clean. Rooms clean. Great bang for the buck!!

Found trash from previous guests including a key card. Tables were sticky and needed wiping. Curtains were dirty, dust blew from them when the heater came on. Didn't shower only used hand towels. Slept on top of bed with my own blankets. Did have a microwave and refrigerator. No face tissue and not all outlets worked, but I got what I needed at a reasonable $70

Stains on pillows. Room wasnt too bad, but sleep was hard to do without a pillow. All three pillows had filth or stains on them. Used towels to prop head on something instead. Did not sleep well.

OK for an overnight stop
Not a bad place, but nothing special. Could use som new bedspreads, ours had cigarette burn holes and there was no toilet paper in the room. The staff did take care of it right away though.

You'd be better off sleeping in your car.
Definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel in the past few hundred stays. Any amenity available is broken or disgusting. The television would not turn after arriving back on the 2nd night, so I picked up a broken phone to call the front desk, and was greeted by a rude and antagonizing woman who offered no help, but several insults. Choice Hotels would be wise to disassociate themselves from this property.

I enjoyed that the property had one entrance for each room, and there was easy accessibility to my car. However, all the towels that I received were stained. The shower had not been cleaned, there was reminisce of hair and looked like soap scum on the walls. The shower head was definitely not cleaned and had a lot of mildew. The beds were exceptional. For the amount of money that I have paid, I would have offered to go somewhere else. There are a lot better hotels in this area! I would not recommend and will not be coming back.

It is next to the highway, and a McDonald's. It's quiet and well lit. It's not glamorous, but it takes pets and does the job.

ROOM WAS NOT AS CLEAN AND INVITING AS I WOULD EXPECT WHEN TRAVELING WITH MY FAMILY. TOILET PAPER ROLL WAS ALMOST EMPTY WHEN I INSPECTED THE ROOM AND NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM.
