This was my first trip to a Bed and Breakfast and it definitely won't be my last. I would highly recommend Casa de Cuma to anyone who will be visiting the area. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, offered snacks, a map of Old Town Santa Fe, and given directions on how to get the plaza.
We stayed in the Cowgirl room. The room was very clean and cozy. The rooms have free wifi and Cable TV with a variety of pay channels. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of clean towels every day and was very clean. Our room also had a small patio with chairs which we enjoyed in the evenings.
My favorite part was the breakfast served out on the patio with the other guests. The first day was a variety of breakfast Quesadillas, platters of fresh fruit, pitchers of juice, and coffee. The second day was a delicious stuffed French Toast, platters of fresh fruit, juices, and coffee (Shaan never let go our cups go empty). There was always more food than any of the guests could possibly finish. After breakfast, Shaan would breakdown the activities in and around Santa Fe for that day.
The location was out of the main bustle of the Plaza but still close enough to walk to. It was a very easy and safe 5 to 10 minute walk to Old Town, depending on where in Old Town you are headed. We also received passes which allowed us to get into many of the museums for free (Except the O'Keefe Museum).
Colleen and Shaan were fantastic, they made us feel very welcome.
