At arrival and departure, the staff were professional and friendly. The facilities were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is the elevator controls that didn’t allow us to get off at our floor on the first try.

Noisy fridge. You can hear the floor are just covers - it makes noise when you walk. There are no bath like in the pictures, dusty rooms. Not recommended

The room next to me was separated by a simple door, yes locked but you could still see the light at night and hear everything from whoever stayed there and i mean everything, loud tv on, microwave and even clear and loud conversations. i dont think is the guest fault but the hotel's responsibility. the Staff was the only good thing i can say. even parking was $10 per night.

Nice place to stay when traveling tofrom SJC
Only there for a single night for an early flight out of SJC. The place has all the modern amenities and things you would expect. The bed was comfortable, service was excellent, and shuttle driver Armando was a delight. If i had to pick something the carpet needs a good cleaning and the breakfast was fair and what you'd expect for a free breakfast. The yogurt and cereal were fine as were the simple breads we toasted. Pancake machine wasn't open yet so we didn't try them. At some point iwhen you water down juice so much it isn't juice any more but flavored water. Fruit was a nice take away though.
